DESIGN WORKS
Tile Showroom for Designers, Builders & Homeowners in Sarasota & Manatee
CUSTOM TILE SOLUTIONS BUILT FOR REAL PROJECTS
Tile is what we’ve been doing for over 57 years, not as a side offering, but as our primary focus. At Florida Design Works, tile drives our business across our Sarasota and Naples showrooms and our Fort Myers Warehouse Outlet, with dedicated sales support extending to Miami and Tampa.
We work with builders, designers, and architects on projects where tile needs to perform reliably over time – custom homes, multi-unit developments, and light commercial builds. Whether you’re specifying finishes during early design phases or sourcing materials mid-construction under tight deadlines, our team understands the workflow and moves at the pace your project demands.
Trust Florida Design Works for beautiful, high-quality tile installations for your floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.

Case Study
The Latest Florida Design Works Tile Case Study
Some projects are about more than finishes. They’re about rebuilding, rethinking, and creating a home that truly fits the way people live today. This Pelican Harbour apartment remodel on Longboat Key came after significant hurricane damage, turning a difficult situation into an opportunity for a complete transformation. Countertops, flooring, and cabinetry played a major role in reshaping the space from dated to clean, modern, and highly functional.
Pelican Harbour Apartment Unit Remodel
Our clients, a retired couple, were in need of a complete rebuild after Hurricane Helene severely damaged their unit. The storm provided an unexpected opportunity to update the home’s original, outdated design, which included Spanish-style red clay flooring and dark shower tiles. They were ready to move away from the heavy, dated finishes and reimagine the space with a cleaner, more contemporary look.
