Pelican Harbour Kitchen & Bathroom Remodel
After the 2024 hurricane season, the homeowner experienced extensive interior damage that required a complete restoration. Due to water intrusion and structural issues, all flooring and cabinetry needed replacement.
The client viewed this project as an opportunity to modernize their interiors. Their goal was to restore functionality while creating a cohesive, durable design that enhances daily living and is better prepared for future challenges.
Country Club Shores New Build Home
The completed home delivered exactly what the client envisioned, a modern, high-tech living space designed for convenience, comfort, and luxury. Multiple entertainment areas, both indoors and outdoors, came together seamlessly to create a cohesive, market-ready property. In the end, the home not only met the client’s goals but showcased a polished, elevated design that maximized the bay views.
Pelican Harbour Apartment Unit Remodel
Our clients, a retired couple, were in need of a complete rebuild after Hurricane Helene severely damaged their unit. The storm provided an unexpected opportunity to update the home’s original, outdated design, which included Spanish-style red clay flooring and dark shower tiles. They were ready to move away from the heavy, dated finishes and reimagine the space with a cleaner, more contemporary look.
Bayshore Gardens Outdoor Kitchen
This project was for a couple who split their time between Florida and another state — true snowbirds who purchased their 1987 waterfront home in 2017. They envisioned an outdoor kitchen that would bring people together, a space for grilling, entertaining, and enjoying the Florida sunshine without ever having to step indoors.
